3. Artificial Intelligence & Third-Party Processing

  • Audio Transcription: User audio is transcribed using an internally hosted Whisper model.
  • AI Processing: The resulting text transcripts are transmitted to a third-party AI provider (Microsoft Azure OpenAI / gpt-4o-mini) solely for the purpose of generating summaries, extracting goals, and analyzing mood.
  • Model Training Disclosure: Crucially, Microsoft Azure does not use this personal user data or transcripts to train their foundational models.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to ensure a secure, personalized, and efficient experience with our Services. Our primary uses include:
